Blogging for myself, not you.

Archive · 1 min read

In between writing the wrong year on documents, I've been reflecting on this blog. Specifically, I've wondered whether the frequency and content of the blog work for me. When I look at my workspace, it's clear that I've had no shortage of started posts; however, it's also clear that much of what I start doesn't make it onto this page. The primary issue is that I worry about audience perception - too much, too little, too technical, too too vague.

And so, I've come up with a solution - to blog for myself sometimes, not just for you. While I still enjoy putting together longer-form essays or multi-part technical pieces, I'd like this blog to get a little bit closer to the first word of the tagline - thoughts - whether or not they're well thought.
